i too disagree with the comments on indesit bring rubbish
i had one for 13 years before it gave up the ghost and then we bought a "hoover' i must say that was the biggest pile of crap we ever bought.
cost us almost 300 quid and the door catch broke within 6months. Hoover held out and stuck to their guns that the reason why it was broken was wear and tear and they dont have cover for that!!!!.
we was also charged 80 quid for a call out we didnt book after the year was up
we have now got a indesit 1500rpm spin and its brilliant
cost us 169.99 and has a fast wash thats about 40 mins
hey its even got a button for a sports shoes wash tooIf You See Someone Without A Smile......Give Them One Of Yours0 -
We bought our indesit 3 months after getting married nearly 14 years ago, and it's still going strong.
So I don't think you should rubbish them!
I think the argument for buying better makes for reliability reasons is very dubious, to be honest.
You can buy a perfectly functional machine for around £200. Or you can pay £300, £400 or £800 for a "better" brand.
So what if the £200 one breaks down? Throw it away and get a new one for another £200.
Anyone who believes that their £400 machine will last twice as long as their £200 one without breaking down is probably living in dream-land, IMHO.0
