That's what I reckon - my call was at 11.49. Emailed them at 1pm but no reply Think we have to accept that we;ve lost out on this one

11:42am here. I am cursing the fact I don't make sure I keep my mobile to hand. Lets hope we have a massive win soon to make up for the disappointment

I think it was mentioned that this should really be in the T&C that if you dont answer they move on!

I have e-mailed them, spoke to a guy, then heard nothing, when I e-mailed the guy again he quoted me as saying that I said not to worry about looking into it, I did not.

Save the numbers guys and try and keep your phone handy, you have to be very quick off the mark with Absolute, although... there have been cases of people being called, then e-mailed etc... maybe we should all contact them?! If we all knew we wouldn't stress for hours after waiting for them to call back or calling/e-mailing them?!

I had a call from them at 12.02 today to say I had won some Genesis stuff but they did say I was one of a few winners!
