Director of company

I was made a director of a company some 6-9 months ago, it has never traded and I thought I had been removed.
The company is unlikely to trade in the next 12 months.
Now I will apply to be removed, but I imagine I should declare this anyway to OR?
Thanks

Short answer, korben - yes.
It is possible, even probable, that the OR will have checked with the register of directors - mine had.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
