On CSA 1 and CSA 2 at the same time?

Hi
Could anyone advise me if it's possible to be on CSA 1 for one child and CSA 2 for another child?
I have two children with different PWC's, although the CSA state one case was closed in 2005.
They have now stated that this case was reopened on CSA 2, yet all assessments from both cases were calculated on CSA 1.
Does anybody have any experience of this?
Any advice or help would be appreciated

Teacher 1+2 = 3
CSA 1+2 = 30,000
CSA 1+2 = 30,000

I know there is this weird thing where you can be on the CSA2 computer system but still be under the rulings of CSA1.
What was the dates of birth of your children (just years) as this would show whether the first one should have been CSA1. Usually if there is another case after 2003 where a CSA1 case is on the go then both cases would go over to CSA2 but there would be a 5 year phasing period.
Did you get it in confirmed in writing from the CSA that the first case was closed in 2005?
Have a funny feeling that Kelloggs is going to be a mine of information here for you so please don't be put off by any slurry comments that you may have read over the past couple of days;)0 -
I am a NRP.
My case is under old rules but on CSA2 system. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -

You really need to speak to Kellogs it sounds as though you were one of the lucky ones and got your case transferred over from CS1 to CS2 (dont worry we are just jealous!!) and so as Loopy girl has said you are sunject to phasing over a 5 year period at set amounts every week.
Being honest though I dont know the exact amounts so pm Kellogs
