One month to go and a couple of questions please?

Hi all,
Well court is booked for one month from today eek!
I was going to save all my questions and post them at once but think it might be better to post them as and when I think of them :)

Can someone answer the following for me please? -

Our court date is the 22nd Dec, I am gaving a c section on the 12th Jan and I know from my previous c section that It will take a long time to recover (and with BF and the toddler etc to contend with) so I was wondering how long it will be after the court date that the OR meeting/phone call be arranged? I would rather it out of the way before baby #2 joins us. Also if they do arrange a f2f meeting after the birth will I be able to request an alternative date or a phone call instead?

Secondly-

One of the reasons we decided to go BR was that we don't want to end up being taken to court, threatening letters/phonecalls etc and do this before it gets to that point (which is inevitable). However I have seen over the last few days posts about court letters, bailiffs, phones calls etc all AFTER being declared BR. I am really concerned about this, how is this allowed to happen and have I missed something? How likely is this to happen? We have missed no payments and worst case scenario is that we will have misssed one payment to each of the creditors before the BR itself, so not enough for anyone to start thier own proceedings....

Thanks in advance everyone :)

    Thanks in advance everyone :)
