Terms and Conditions

1. Offer open to insulin users resident in the UK/ROI aged 16 or over only, excluding existing users of a OneTouch® UltraEasy®, OneTouch® Ultra®2, OneTouch® Vita® and OneTouch® UltraSmart® Blood Glucose Meters.
2. Offer closing date 28 February 2010. Those eligible to participate in the free trial will be offered the choice of a free OneTouch® UltraEasy® meter, a OneTouch® Vita® meter or a OneTouch® UltraSmart® meter, and will receive 50 test strips and a questionnaire about their experience of using their chosen OneTouch® meter to complete and return in the reply paid envelope provided.
3. The OneTouch® Comfort™ lancing device is included with the OneTouch® Vita® meter and is available as an additional item to those requesting the OneTouch® UltraEasy® and OneTouch® UltraSmart® meters, who are eligible for this offer and resident in the UK only.
4. The free OneTouch® Comfort™ offer excludes residents in ROI.

1. OneTouch® Vita® Test Strips and OneTouch® Comfort™ lancets are not currently available on prescription in ROI.
2. A Mini OneTouch® lancing device will be supplied with the OneTouch® UltraEasy® meter and a OneTouch® UltraSoft® lancing device will be supplied with the OneTouch® UltraSmart® meter to residents in ROI.
3. Only one free OneTouch® meter trial and OneTouch® Comfort™ lancing device per person. Meters, including choice of colour for the OneTouch® UltraEasy® meter, are subject to availability.
4. This offer is limited to a maximum of 5,000 free OneTouch® meter and OneTouch® Comfort™ trials.
5. Allow 28 days for delivery.
