Cow & Gate Cuddle Toy Never Recieved

I never recieved my cuddle toy and registered at the beging of the year. So 5 months ago I email them, then I call them about 3 months ago both times promised I would be posted the free cuddle cow and I still have recived it. :mad::mad: They really don't know how to treat thier customers.

if its any consolation I registered twice (different names/ addresses/ e-mail - one by post one on internet) back in OCTOBER 2008 when DS was born ............. still nothing. but i do get 3 lots of each booklet to my house!!

i registered, got my cow. My son lost his teddy on holiday and i emailed them on thier website to ask if i could buy a replacement as jenson was upset, and she said she'd send us one free. two arrived with a note saying one for jenson, and a spare incase he did it again.


i think their customer service rocks!

I got mine and it is sitting in my baby drawer awaiting baby's arrival!
