Contacting Galatasary Football Club

Hi,
I am not sure if this the right place for this post. My husband is turning 30 soon and I want to contact the Galatasary football club to get his shirt signed, however I tired there email address from they website which failed. I was wondering if anyone know a correct email address/ postal email/ telephone number or anyway and can contact the football club.
