Whilst the advice given by nid may be tempting, and, legally at least, there is precious little that your creditors could do to enforce UK debts in Canada, I am sure that it was given somewhat 'tongue in cheek'. ;)

    Hi Rog,

Well spotted and true to form, it was meant in a cheeky kinda way (not to be taken literally, if you get what I mean) ;);)

euronorris does (on occasion) give good advice and has done so again lol :rotfl: :rotfl:

Buying a property here is looking more and more appealing and ......easier. They lend you more as the government pays a certain amount of the interest on the repayments. ie, my Manager's mortgage repayment should be €1.300 pm, but....she only ends up paying out €850 pm! Bit off topic now.

LOL, mate you're mad! If I was in Holland i'd be based in the British Bulldog! Ahhh, spliff heaven - couldn't think of a single reason to come back to the UK....

In fact, got any jobs? I'll be your biatch....

You're a cheeky so and so NID! lol

The British Bulldog, mate....please, there are far better places to spend your time in Holland than in a coffee shop aimed at UK tourists. Come on over and expand those horizons! haha

Not sure about returning to the UK either. The only pull for me now is friends and family but, let me tell you, moving country exposes who you're real friends are. But, the OH wants to return at some point, or so he says. I think he's just having a bit of an 'itch' though, cos he misses family. He never stops moaning when we are in the UK! lol

Do actually have a job going at the moment. Junior Consultant. If you can do it better than the current guy (he's leaving thankfully) then it's yours! lol

Right, am off home to erm.....relax ;)
