Currently need to re-mortgage away from NR. Property value £170,000, we owe £138,000 so LTV of ~81%. Anyone know of any good fixed rates that would suit us? Also would getting the LTV below 80% help at all?
Cheers, Peter & Vicky.

It may give you a little more choice, but you'd need a broker to search the market for you. Scanning the market, however, does indicate there are some decent deals if you can dip below 75% LTV. I don't know if you have the spare capital to do so, but in general terms it is always worth paying as much off your mortgage when you get the chance.pstones578 wrote: »Currently need to re-mortgage away from NR.
