i want to give away prizes ?

I have just started a new site that has horoscopes,fashion,diet,cosmetics and womans health pages.

To invite people to my site i would like to offer prizes for the first 3 months.

could anyone make some sugestions as to what kind of things might make people whant to visit.

Vouchers? Cover most of the major retailers and are easy to post! At least people can get what they want - even if you market it as say a stereo give away but you will be sending the equivalent money in vouchers for an electrical store?

Vouchers (as suggested above) are good - Eg: for amazon.co.uk - then people can choose what they want. Or you can approach companies to provide prizes in exchange for advertising? Let me know if you run a comp and I will list it on my site (see sig).

If its aimed at ladies then you could have girlie things - like perfume, cosmetics, etc. People are always posting bargains they have found - That would save you soem dosh.

Or what about bi-orb - see here.

Or what about a case of wine.

or what about some jewellery.

or DVD box set - have seen some postings for cheap box sets around at the mo.
