amazon have a deal on xbox360 core for £200 and outfit is free when bought with the console. but i cant get the offer to work even though its on their site

amazon AGAIN = what is it with "offers" that either you can't seem to process on screen or when you do process the offer they cancel with a poor excuse = then re-list the item as back in stock about 2 week later?.. come on people anyone else had problems with AMAZON of this nature.....
