When you say they charge alot at the beauty day does this mean you have to buy a few photos?
Ok, just to clarify this is the photoshoot/makeover not the facial/massage/manicure/pedicure beauty treatment.
You don't HAVE to buy any photos at all and some people go on the premise that they won't buy any.
I'm jsut warning you that once your professionally made up, had your hair done, have professional lighting and photographer, that they will almost certainly be the best picture you've ever seen.
The prices I quoted were for new id salon (I went to Cardiff) but yes they will be expensive.
They sell the makeovers cheap and make money on the photos.
They will also talk to you about the makeup products and give you a list of what's recommended but it's easy to avoid any hard sell there. Just say you'd like to see how well the make up lasts through the day.
So you don't have to buy any.
I'm just warning people that you probably will want to and they will be expensive.
If you do want to buy them, then haggle as much as you dare, because they will come down 50% easy.0 -

I've just got the beauty treatment and the haircut. Unfortunately, they'll have to be my cousin's Xmas pressies as the nearest salons to me or my mum are in another town. Which means I've gotta get something for my other cousin. Wish I'd picked paintballing now... Great offer though.0

it says in the t & c that 1 voucher can only be used per order, do does it mean you can order again? thanks0

I am not complaining by the way. To get a £49 makeover for the gf for nothing is superb. Was just an inquiry!
Also if anyone knows if it tells you the price (or lack of it!) on the actual voucher/card I'd be interested. Hopefully not...0 -
Thanks OP :T
Just ordered a cut n finish for me and my daughter and so has my mum, for herself and her partner.0 -
These seem like a good way to get your hard earned though, the shoot ones will end up costing you as they do good work and then sucker you in at the end of it. Not sure how good the cuts will be and how much you get for your money too.0

I agree about the photo shoots, for that reason I'd be wary, but the free haircuts are a good way of bringing in future paying customers.0 -
