Are there are websites that track fixed rate mortgage deals that can show you a history over time what deals have been offered?
It would be interesting to see the trends of 2, 3 and 5yr fixed rates in the past to see how the banks perception of the future has changed over time.

A good independent Mortgage Adviser may retain historical rates from different lenders.Are there are websites that track fixed rate mortgage deals that can show you a history over time what deals have been offered?
