wisdom tooth extraction - hospital do I pay?

I have a couple of questions if anyone can answer them for me. After an infection around my wisdom tooth and a trip to the dentist then to the hospital and then they took x rays.
After the infection had gone down I went back to the dentist to find out that my wisdom tooth has to come out and a couple of other teeth. I asked if I could have it done under general. They said that I have to wait for an appointment at the hospital, after a discussion with my dentist they want to take 3 more teeth out. I declined at the time when I visited my dentist, but after thinking about I might as well get the other teeth out at the same time so they dont cause me any pain later.
My question is do I have to pay to get my wisdom tooth out at the hospital? and if I decide to get the other teeth out when I get my appointment through do I have to pay for them as well, and will they take out the other teeth at the same time? If so how much is it likely to be ?
I am NHS and I do pay for treatment.

I have read on other threads that they have had to pay when they have had hospital treatment. They have paid their dentist and not the hosiptal.cross stitch cafe #90 UFO's 6 to finish in 2013, and loads of new kits to boot

When I was registered with a private dentist previously, they offered to remove them at about £70 per tooth. I declined.
