Hi
I am thinking about trying this diet (after christmas) I have over 3 stone to lose and have tried lots of other diets and have given up to temptation, so wondering about trying this meal replacement diet.
I would be really interested to hear from people who have tried it, and what you think about it, any success stores, advice etc.
Thanks

Sounds like a money making fad to me. £49 a week for the mealpacks - that would buy an awful lot of fruit and vegetables.
The only sensible way to lose weight to eat less and exercise more. People that say that they hardly eat a thing but are considerably overweight are generally liars. There is the odd condition that causes weight gain but not as many as people would have us believe.0 -
Different formula but same idea as Cambridge and Lighter Life. Added bonus that you can get it delivered. Maybe read the CD thread for idesa?0
