Has anyone been able to get a disabled access seat as I have a presale code but ticketmaster directs you to the venues disability ticket line and they are telling me I can't get a ticket until Fri. really wanted to book a ticket for my mum for xmas.

Just had a go but all that I could get to come up was Block 107 @ The O2. my Dad wont be able to see him from that far back! I then tried to call on the above number & just got an automated message telling me to go onto the website! Grrrrrrrr :-(

Thackaberrys the same happened to me,i just kept reselecting on the web site and managed to get nearer the front.
