Hi all,
My wife and I want to get a little fitter and lose some weight.
She wants to lose 2 stone and I just want to get rid of my little belly (HELP?) before its to late and tone up my arms a bit.
Are there any sites that will let us keep track of weight loss? ie charts etc to help us keep motivated?
Also I got a small dumb bell weights set for my birthday which I currently have set up at 2.5kg for each arm. Ive been doing some bicep curls but have no real routine. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

Calorie count is a useful site for tracking both what you've eaten and your exercise. It seems to have recently changed a little, and I find it a little more awkward to use, but it will do what you are asking for very well.

For tracking food/exercise I use:
http://www.foodfocus.co.uk/home.php
For general exercise programs for the whole body, the Army provide a good one to get started:

Remember bicep curls are only working one small muscle (the bicep), you'll get more benefit doing functional exercises e.g. push ups, which work several muscles at a time.0 -
If you have a military fitness class near you they are good fun and really get you fitThe early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0
