I bought a meal deal yesterday: 2.99. It included a sandwich ( 4pieces might I add: cost 2.80 ), carrot cake ( don't remember the cost of that ) and a can of redbull ( at 1.15 ). So for the rest of the meal I paid 19p. Fab!0

You have to look for the choc orange rolls, they now don't even have a lable for the meal deal any more, but if you take them to the till, they are included. Look for them near to the chocs and other shapers desserts. Or even ask about them!
The last meal deal I bought I forgot to give them my advantage card. I asked for the points to be added, and they said they didn't do that any more. When I told them that exactly that was what happened in kensington, I had to go through 3 people just to get 15 measly points. Jeez you would have thought the assistants had to take cash out of thier own wages!"Excuse me, this expires today, will you be reducing it?"0 -
If you forget your card you are now supposed to either ask for, or get, a validation code put onto your receipt. they cant just add on points from any old receipt nowadays as people were taking *advantgae* pardon the pun and doing fraudlent things.
my grandmother doesnt have a card so likes me to get her points so always makes some excuse to get a validation code, but they wouldnt give her one a time a couple of weeks ago, she only buys what she cant get elsewhere but i think she's now a bit miffed with boots over that. i always ask my mum/dad in advance of going to boots as they dont have a card but they hardly ever want me to get them stuff, sigh. my other grandmother lets me have the points but only if im with her so no problem about getitng a code. i wouldnt just give anyone my card, i dont trust them with it.my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -
