I've had this problem many times over the last few years when placing an order with halfcost. I've come to the conclusion actually theres nothing wrong with the setup on your pc its just their site being a pain. Unfortunately nothing unusual. Try it again in a while & see if it is working hten.
Oh & yep site is painfully slow today. probably because everyone is looking because of the free delivery.

website seems to be updating slowly, I get the message 1 minute & the next when I refresh the page or go back to the page a different way it works perfectly. It also seems to have sped up a little

it's REALLY slow in firefox and i've swapped to IE.i've looked and it says free delivery on orders over £50-can't see anywhere that it's free postage on any order
