I have been trying to get child support for my daughter for almost 8 years. Nothing. When CSA caught up with him he jacked in job and claimed benefit. Yazz, see if the CSA can do the IR check on NRP1, just to be sure he isn't being paid by a british company. They did that for my ex, just to be sure. If I were you, I would not wait too long on the REMO route, although you will need an address for him.
