Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me.
Basically, my Wife and I had a joint account with Smile, but as we weren't happy with it decided to go back to HSBC.
During the transfer, HSBC tried to move accross all our direct debits - of which there are a few (!) - and Smile have basically cancelled every single one!
This has caused us a serious amount of legwork trying to get everything paid on time. As a result of this we have incurred charges from various sources totalling about £70. Not much admittedly, but we're wondering if there is any way we can make Smile pay up for their in eptitude?
Many thanks in advance.
