Yorkshire Bank 90% FTB

Does anyone know what their lending criteria is?
They seem to do a good deal for 90% FTB but apparently it is only available directly through them (not thought broker) and wondered whether it was worth investigating further.
Ta in advance!

I would stay well away from 90% LTVs your liable to get serious negative equity now. House prices are set to start falling again very shortly, the second part of the US sub prime market is coming to fruit now. These are the Alt As which are double the sizeof sub prime and leading to record 14 percent of borrowers, or 7.4 million households, being either behind on their payments or in foreclosure.
If you want to buy I recomend getting the biggest deposit possible as you don't want that to be stuck on the svr when rates go up.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
