How Much NI Am I Supposed To Pay Each Year?

In 2005-2006 I earn't just over £7000 and paid £589.91 national insurance.
My pension forcast says I need to pay £382.20 class 3 contruibutions (that's the full amount of £7.35 per week).
So how much National Insurance am I supposed to pay each year? I though that because I earn't over £4,888 and paid NI on it than I shouldn't have to pay Class 3 contributions?
Cheers

05/06 tax yr hasn't been listed on the pension forecasts yet as the NI computer system wont have been updated yet, pension forecast information comes on a live feed from HMRC and will only use the record up until the last yr currently held by HMRC.
Give it a couple of month for HMRC to pull their fingers out and the forecast system should be able to pull in last yrs details from NIRS (NI computer system).I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0 -

Its a common problem, when I was there we used to get loads of concerned people and often abuse (what part of 'we ony use the records once HMRC provide them ' didn't they get
)
