    :(My fixed rate end December '10 - wanna bet rates will have crept up before then?:eek: Still I did benefit in the 1st 3 years of my 5-year rate!!! No more 5 year fixes though!!!! (didn't think they could get too much lower than 4.69%, silly me not realizing we'd get lowest interest rates in history of BOE....)
