  • that's lovely.

I can't sing:o, tried to sing along with Wuthering Heights in the car today and I think my voice must have gone down a couple of notches!

You need lessons from Becky, she's a classically trained singer!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I was there last week to do a training session at a dental practice but didn't have time to look round because I had to get back to base for a meeting

  • I was in the Waitrose in Harrogate yesterday. Theres one in Newcastle now too. I like Waitrose cos they have crap dates on fresh stuff so they are forever reducing everything! Although I did treat us to two fresh yellowfin tuna steaks for tea which were huge (and they ought to be for £12.48!)
Good wine needs to breathe, if it stops breathing try mouth to mouth.

I love it when I have to visit the Ilkley dental practices, It means I have to go into Betty's tea rooms and Lishman's (very posh butchers), well it'd be rude not to
