£35 off M&S food with vouchers from the Times

The voucher today is money off a chilled dessert - it appears the vouchers are exactly the same as in saturdays paper only they're printing one per day.
Just to also advise be careful if using the vouchers and make sure you get the money off - i went in yesterday and used my £3 of £10 of meat or poultry but when she scanned the voucher it didn't take the £3 off - lots of hassle as she then put the £3 ONTO my bill! Eventually she didn't scan an item i had costing £3 but very very annoying as made me look really silly.

So if you buy this weeks ones you are just repeating they ones they gave out on Saturday?

yesterday was the £3 off £10 spend on fresh meat - does not include cured meats like sausages, bacon and gammon - identical to saturdays meat voucher

today is one half pice chilled dessert (singular) slightly different from saturdays which was chilled desserts (plural)

The voucher from saturdays paper was for ONE chilled desert - i still have the voucher in my purse and have just double checked it.

Todays voucher is spend £5 on fresh fish and get £2 off - ok if you buy the paper daily but won't spend 90p on a paper to get £2 off.

sorry but it says desserts on my receipt and i used it to get extra money off a buy two desserts already on a deal.

:mad:Hi, just to let you all know to really check your reciepts with these vouchers,just done a big food shop with them and no probs with chilled dessert,meat,gastropub vouchers, but the half price veg one seems a bit of a con!

I spent over £15 on fresh veg, can't discount frozen with voucher, and only £2.15 was taken off my bill!

So I went to customer services and then the assistant started to tell me it didn't include celery,chillies,tomatoes,watercress, potates or peas in a packet???? I queried as the voucher says excludes frozen veg only, she said the peas and potatoes were processed, toms/celery/watercress/chillies were salad!!!

So I asked to see the manager, as I know that celery is a vegetable which can be cooked or raw,chillies are NOT a salad item etc, THEY ARE ALL VEGETABLES, WELL THEY'RE NOT FREEKIN FRUITS!!

Manager agreed all veg, and took a furthr £5 off bill, and agreed it was very poor of M&S not to sort this.

BUYER BEWARE THERE ARE ONLY ACCORDING TO THE M&S CHECKOUTS A FEW ITEMS OF VEG THAT SCAN HALF PRICE, SO DON'T FALL FOWL OF THIS CON!!!

Managed to get £42 worth of food for £19 yesterday so am delighted with the coupons ( no probs at checkout)
was just wondering if the chilled dessert one would work on the 3 lemon meringues for £5 - would it take half price off all three and then the discount for the 3 for £5? these are £2.99 each so would be interesting to see;)

M&S in Llandudno were being a bit strict yesterday and only allowing 1 voucher in total per transaction - so I put it through as 7 transactions :A
The lady in the queue behind me wasn't best pleased though particularly as the lady on the till was a trainee and it took ages
