Norwich Union Contacts Please

Hi all...

I hate Norwich Union and their offshore call centres... I recently had to claim for a motorcycle accident off the third party - who was a Norwich Union customer. WHat a nightmare that was trying to get things resolved with their call centre staff in India.

Anyway about two weeks ago I call NU again, this time to get a projection/settlement figure from them for my endowment.... where did my call end up.... that's right an Indian call centre.

The people are always very polite and friendly but I made it clear what I wanted and was told it would take 5 - 7 days...... guess what - nothing!!!!

Does anyone have contact details for NU, so that I can speak to someone that is UK based about this please?

Thanks

My NU call points are UK only but they wont deal with you. One of the perks of placing business through IFAs ;)

It wont work. You dont have an agency code and you want NUFIS and not NUL&P. NUFIS is almost 100% overseas.

When I had a claim through Norwich Union direct I had to deal with their painful call centres in India most of the time. Occasionally I had a scottish operator. If the indian call centre gets overloaded it flips back to Scotland, so try phoning when they are busiest or keep redialling.

Ask to speak to the call centre supervisor and register a client complaint. I got a nice man call me back from NU head office and my problem was solved within 10 minutes.

If you get no joy send me a PM and I will send you a name and direct dial number for the guy I spoke to.
