I noticed today that they have a number of Christmas decorations and items marked down to half price, including some of the advent calandars which can be used year after year.
I particularly liked the mangnetic one (I assume this could be reused if kept safe but didn't see one unpacked or close enough to check that) ... down from £9.99 to £4.99 http://www.lakeland.co.uk/magnetic-nativity-advent-calendar/F/keyword/calendar/product/41951
Also the very gorgeous fabric advent calendar with reindeer and snowflakes (in red and cream) marked down from £12.99 to £5.99

It has a star on a ribbon for you to mark the days as you go but you could fit a mini chocolate, heartfelt message, verse of the Bible or diamond ring in each day too

I've got a Lakeland Xmas offer - particularly if you live near Cockermouth or Workington - you can borrow the family speedboat we won on Bullseye about 20 years ago - its been stuck in the garage since then0
