help with 100% mortgage and bad debt?

me and my gf are looking for a mortgage 100% and i have previous defaults (2), both from 2001 and paid off last year.

does anyone know who could give us 100% mortgage, we've been renting for a year now and would like our own house.

any advice?

    Northern Rock do 100% I think from what I can remember, make sure they tell you EVERYTHING though desperation can get the better of you. We tried for one but they missed out a few vital things!!

    I have one satisfied default from 2002 and a history of debt and missed payments.
    BUT recently passed the credit check for a 100% mortgage with Northern Rock via Bradford and Bingley.
    For years I thought id NEVER be able to get a mortgage but our broker said as the default was a few years old and satisfied we shouldnt have a problem.

    Put our first offer in yesterday :)
    Debt at highest £16k+
    Debt at lightbulb moment £14,800
    Current debt £6336
    Cleared £4206 in November 05 How ? Bye Bye PPI :)
