I seem to be coming up with 7 as follows:
Edward Furlong, Michael Edwards (Old John Connor) & Dalton Abbott (Infant John Connor) in T2.
Nick Stahl in T3.
Christian Bale in Terminator Salvation.
Thomas Dekker & John DeVito (Young John Connor) in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
