i honestly wouldnt touch three with a bargepole. i was a customer for about 5 yrs, the local signal strength and customer service just got worse as time went on so i was very pleased to give in my months notice when my latest contract finally ended. dont even ask me about the useless mobile web dongle that i was trapped in an 18 month contract for.
they may be able to offer great phones and packages but in my experience, they're not worth it in the long run.

Sadley,and I was with them for four years, and I have to agree with fazeypie. Would search other networks.

3 was fine in my area- both my parents had it. Decided to sign up to a 18 month contract this September, and the network is TERRIBLE! I can't wait till I leave. I mean in Central London, you would expect to have signal at Canary Wharf and Tottenham Court Road!!!

The most frustrating thing is when you get "Emergency calls only", which means that if you were on another network, then you would be able to use your phone for non-emergency calls!!!

Stay away from 3 as farrrrrrrrrrr as possible! You do get what you pay for unfortunately
