i assume that they will either be posted to you to the address supplied when you register, or a voucher will be emailed to you

To be honest, this is the first time that I have used this method to try and get tickets; I think that you apply for a particular venue, and then it's a bit of a lottery as to whether or not you actually get tickets. I couldn't see from the web-site if the tickets are sent out to your address, or you are sent an e-mail to print off.
