UK public 'favours spending cuts'

The truth of the matter is...
UK public 'favours spending cuts' instead of state collapse.

What difference does it make whether some people who participate are left wing or public sector workers?!
If their make up is represenative of the population then its a fair poll!
That's like the Daily Mail doing a poll of their readership on immigration, and then saying its "representative" of the UK populace.
I think the problem is that including them on the poll means that you get a lot of heavily biased answers, and that people will say there should be no cuts even if they realisitically think there should be, due to self-presevation interests (which is understandable).
But I agree there would be more of a bias towards cuts if they were excluded from the poll - however I don't believe this would be nearly as noticeable.0 -

And definately not if the dependancy and entitlement culture hadn't been allowed to thrive.
The point being people are in favour of cuts because they don't think the stuff they use will be cut (ie - "everything I use is essential everything I don't use is non-essential")Prefer girls to money0 -
It would seem that the general public agrees with public sector cuts...
