Equifax

Currently on the phone to them.

I used their free trial a few months ago and then cancelled it.

They just sent me an email saying that my statuatory credit report was available online, and the cost was £0 so I log in to view it

Once I view it, I get an email saying the same, except now the price is £2

Phone them up, firstly, it would seem they had my date of birth down wrong (something I've missed when looking at it in the past, but they have now corrected that)

They looked into it - because I've applied for a notice of dissociation, they've had to tinker around apparently, and that the system did charge me but they refunded it straight away.

Anybody else had any experience of this?
