Need a bit of a virtual telling off!

Hi you lot, not been on for a few days. had a bit of a down in the dumps week last week. Really tired and trying to be good was sooo hard.
Anyway I got paid and I have been really really skint for so long that I went a bit mad! I went a bit mad in a DFW style it has to be said. I had sold stuff on ebay and then bought stuff with the proceeds. (things I needed!) I bought an ipod off my sister (6GB - brand new for £50 - bargain!) and I put £15 towards a new phone that she bought me for my birthday. (The baby dropped my old one in my cup of tea).
I have also gone a bit mad with food at the moment. Lets just say my eye has slipped off the ball for a while. Whilst nowhere like I used to be I am worried that if i keep doing it then I will lose the plot completely.
The good news is I did all my debt filing - I am up to date with all my payments, I am now back under my credit limits and am getting no further charges, only interest. I have had a couple of debts that were in dispute cleared off and I have managed to pay a good wedge off my outstanding debt. (this is due to working freelance as well as full time job and four kids - and taking the whole world on through the courts).
The other good news(!) is that i received all my bank statements for the last six years and I am about to reclaim £3,000 bank charges. I don't know whether to be upset or not! I was gutted to see the amount of money that has been frittered away on crap though! What a wake up call.
How are you lot doin out there!

Well i can't see any need for a telling off virtual or otherwise:D
Ok you slipped alittle but compared to pre lightbulb slips you have done ok.
You are working really hard and with everything you are doing it is no surprise you have slipped alittle.
Well done with getting below your credit limits and paying of a big amount of your outstanding debts and good luck with those bank charges back.

Hi Sammy, no telling off from me- I blew £21 on earrings, bangles + sunglasses yesterday so I can't talk. The main thing is that you're making progress... a little treat here and there makes everything more bearable in my view
