I know this isn't a loan, but it seems the best section of the forum to put this.
I left T-Mobile four months ago but they still haven't updated my credit report to show this, despite me chasing them 10 times. They say they've done everything they can at their end.
The account entry for T-Mobile just has four months of 'U' next to it and 'unclassified' as the status, with a balance of £0 outstanding. Every other closed account I have says 'settled'.
I've asked T-Mobile to ensure my account says 'settled' but they don't seem to have any interest in doing this.
Will it be affecting my report to have 'unclassified' rather than 'settled' and how can I force T-Mobile to settle the account that is now four months old?
