Endeavour personal finance
I wonder if anyone can help me.
I've been repaying a secured loan to Endeavour finance since 2007 but need to contact them to change my direct debit details.
I've not had any contact with Endeavour since I started paying my loan back but I'm finding it a complete nightmare to get hold of them now. There are no contact details on the credit agreement they sent to me and I can't find a website for them online. I've been given two numbers for them using 118118 but both of these numbers are no longer in use (I tried 0845 3003965 and 01344 356000).
I'm slightly concerned that its so difficult to find them-its as if they don't exist!!
Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how I can contact them.
Thanks
T

In the interim can't you simply leave your old account running and create a Standing Order from your new acount to transfer enough to cover the Direct Debits??
You REALLY don't want to start missing payments0
