Thanks but listing will probablly be removed if you don't state if it is for everyone to use and where you got it from....these websites are getting wise and are suspending peoples accounts for misuse. Sorry if i sound like a party pooper!

It does not indicate a minimum spend, so I'm not sure and the code was on a generic leaflet put through my door, so I can't see why anyone couldn't use it?

    hope this helps

I've used the code, but the item has arrived with the full price showing. I'veregistered online and the online statement shows the full price. I've just called Additions and she says the code isn't one that is recognised and may not have been 'loaded yet'. She is looking into it and will get someone to call me.

If they don't honour it, I'll be tempted to send the item back, but I guess they won't refund the postage??

Additions are notorious for not honouring their codes.
It's been mentioned on other threads that some people have had to post the flyer to them to prove the code existed!!
I don't think it's worth the hassle with them espcially once you tot up the numerous phonecalls you'll have to make!!

My stuff arrived and they had charged me full price and delivery - the girl i spoke to was VERY unhelpful. I said my mil gave me the code (I wasn't sure where it had come from) and all they said is that I shouldn't have used it!
They are refusing to refund me delivery if I return items.
I asked to speak to a manager but noone was available, apparently they are going to call me back.
I will now tell them it was on a flyer through the door.
I wouldn't mind so much but the T shirts are really cheap n nasty and horrible colours - not what they looked on the website!
Any suggestions on how to persuade them to give me all my money back greatly appreciated :)

I had a code (sent to me by them in a letter) for £5 off and free P+P ...
ordered a curtain pole for £11, which would of been £6 with the code, checked online when the pole was sent, and invoice stating full price and p+p charged, and account online said the same as invoice, rang them up and they said the code didnt exsist, after much arguing with them (didnt keep the letter I had, should of would of posted it back to them otherwise!) they agreed to take the p+p charge off, but then came my statement......they took the p+p charge off a previous item that I had sent back!
If it hadnt of been for the fact that I had to cut a bit off the pole to make it fit, I would of repackaged it up and sent it back........only reason I ordered it from there was because it worked out cheaper (was meant to anyway!!)
disgusted with them and there customer service! Wont ever shop with them again, never used to have problems with them, have used them for years, so theyve lost themselves a good customer...!
Im late paying my statement bill now, begrudge paying it at all! rofl s'pose i'll have to though!

Also. told me 2 different things, didnt exsist by phone, but by email apparently..........
Thank you for your email about the offer D657.

On checking the offer details, this is for free delivery with goods
purchased from the main catalogue with second letter J. Unfortunately,
your order does not match the criteria so could not be applied. I am
sorry for the disappointment caused. :S :S :S
