I keep trying to join and get a message that my form cannot be submitted as there are incorrect details on it- what am I doing wrong? has anyone else had this problem?

Jenniewb I have just applied with no problems and did not include my telephone no, I clicked on the right botton link I think it was te purple one.

I'm having the same problem as you - form won't submit. I wonderd if it was beacuse I didn't put phone numbers

I tried everything! Phone numbers, no phone numbers, all the info is correct, just not accepting it! Emailed the site twice now, no reply, guess L'oreal just don't want the custom. Never mind, bumble and bumble are a much better brand anyway!

Couldn't register either - tried most possible permutations of ticking/filling in boxes. Gave in before I pulled my hair out!

I had this problem a couple of days ago so I tried again today. I got a message saying thay my email address had already been registered so I just tried logging in and hey presto..it worked !

So I would advise you to try logging in using the info you provided numerous annoying frustrating times !!!! Good luck !

tried that too- it was the first thing I tried after it went wrong the first time, it does not recognise my details when I try to log in. Sent for a request for my password, it does not know my email address and wants me to register.

Gave up in the end, their loss as I would have likely bought the product if it worked, I was a kerastase fan before I switched to bumble and bumble.

Thanks for info. I had no problems. After supplying my details (didn,t give phone number) just clicked bottom right hand corner of home page and my details came up automatically, just clicked submit and sample is on its way.
