last question from me !

for time being !

We are just completing our forms and have suddently realised that we are putting creditors that are in just my husbands name down on my form and vice versa? Is this right or should the only ones on my form be in my name/joint names and the same for his ?????

Yep! on his form are his debts and joint debts and on your forms are your debts and the joint debts.

I think it is only the joint ones that go on both forms! That is what I am doing anyway, hopefully one of the more knowledgable forumites will be able to clear it up for you (and me as well :D)

    thanks !

Does this not mean though that with putting down his salary and mine and only joint debts and my debts it will look like we have more DI than we have - as it wont show the large amount going to his debts ???Getting very confused now !!

On your SoA you put your full income and his contribution to the joint household bills and on his you put his full income and your contribution to the joint household bills.
