Beginners.co.uk are having a 20% off sale - you can access all 525 courses (okay, most may well be of no interest) for £79.20 for one year, including ECDL, MCSE, Accountancy etc

If anyone is looking to update computing or other skills (mostly computer skills, but some courses are train the trainer, assertiveness, management, stress etc) this might be an affirdable way to try out a few courses before you choose the path ahead.

You can also 'try before you buy' with samples of the courses and exams available.

i did my ecdl last year for free..
if you are umemployed ask at your local job centre as there are lots of courses available

Also, if you work for a big firm you may be able to get things like ECDL for free.

I got my ECDL course paid for by my employer (a university) as it is part of their commitment to staff development, which is very big at the mo!
