Cheapest lease purchase deal?

I have started up a Ltd company and I need a vehicle for the business. I have access to an 11% discount with Toyota and they have sent me a lease purchase finance deal with an APR of 10.6%. I plan to buy the vehicle through my company and it will be the company that will be making the monthly repayments. There are 36 payments and a balloon payment at the end.
Anybody know of any better deals than this? What is the cheapest way for my Limited company to buy a vehicle?
