in Loans
I have jst completed and sent away my letter to begin reclaiming bank charges. Does anyone know if it is possible to reclaim late payment fees from a loan lender if they are a loan company rather than a bank?

    Not sure. I know you can reclaim mis-sold LPI/PPI from loans, so depending on the charge, it's possible. Someone more in the know will be along shortly.
