Any idea where I can get this in London? Planning to review this on my blog, but I can't find it at my local...

When you say "London" do you mean Central London? As the Central London stores are all Sainsbury's Central or Sainsbury's Local stores, and these carry very few (if any) Basics items.

The most central full-size Sainsburys I can think of is the one near Vauxhall, so walking distance from a zone 1 tube.

I guess I'll be willing to travel to Zones 2-3. The one I visit is considered a full-sized one, in Cromwell Road, near Gloucester Road tube.

I'm pretty sure I saw these in the Finchley Road o2 Sainsburys last week Wednesday. I'll be going there tonight and will post back if they have it.

There is also a reasonable large Sainsburys [for central London] in Camden. I'm not sure if it stocks these though, next time I go I will look.
