Freemans Catalogue

I have been sending payments of £15.00 each month since last year as agreed with Citizens Advice Bureau. The agent of the catalogue is a close relative who has since been very ill and cannot run the catlogue anymore. I have tried to get freemans to transfer my name onto the account (Littlewoods catalogue did this with no trouble) as I am the only person that owes anything to Freemans and nothing has been ordered from it for nearly 2 years now. They keep saying that they can't do this though..... they can't even set up a standing order so i have to keep sending postal orders. They have just phoned my relative (who is not even well enough to take the call themselves !!!) to tell me to keeping sending the postal orders. I have written to them on several occasions about them not taking my payments off the balance that I owe since I started payments last year - and still they are not deducting payments !!!!
What can I do about this as my relative is getting quite upset about it - they know that she is very ill as I have written to them about it, but they just don't seem to bloody care !!!
Advice please
