Help Needed with a Default on Credit Report

Hello, I wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction about what to do regarding a default on my boyfriends credit reoprt. He had a default with T-Mobile for £400 which has been paid off to debt collectors, however on his credit report it is still showing up the full amount. What do I need to do to get T-Mobile to make this show as £0 remaining?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You need to write to the lender asking them to mark the file correctly as settled.
Also may be worth disputing the accuracy of the data via the CRA as well.
Read from page 19 onwards of this, which tells you what to do.
