IVA's & Bank Charges

Hi Folks Hope someone can help

Just Joined today after watching 'Tonight with Trevor Macdonald' last night.

I have an IVA which I started 1year ago, I was wondering if I could in theory claim back bank & credit card penalties from the past 6 years or so.

Any help in this would be much appreciated.
