had a bad nights sleep, went to bed 7.30 and woke up a lot during the night, hate having the cold, sore all over today, head hurts but only have lo to look after today as other 2 are off out with dh for the morning

I keep getting hundreds of spam
outlook express cant block i suppose due to scammers n spammers changing their addy?
OE used to store my blocked list, it doesnt anymore it deletes after 24 hrs
lots of the emails are from
hawk alerts
hawk deal a week etc
they are constant
i get disgusting ones to selling pills & enhancemments
i have to regularly change my addresses but this is no good for me
why do they do this kinda thing, what gain do they get, i have several email addresses i get them to all
im at wits end, i spend first 5 mins deleting & trying to block but it never stops its making the computer no fun for me anymore
any ideas please?

Dropping in to ask a quick question

I never ever use ebay. This morning I received a parcel through the post with someone else's name but my correct address. There was a slip enclosed saying "Thanks for buying this item on ebay blah, blah blah" and its signed "Charper641". Not an expensive item, its a beige skirt. Does anyone know how I can contact this person? I've been on the site and can't make head nor tail of it.............doesn't seem to want to let me do anything until I register which I don't want to do Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, my nieghbour never made it back and I have only managed to get about 1 hours sleep so I feel totally shattered, rotten and sore. She txtd me this morning to say she would be back if she got the car fixed but didn't know what was wrong ...... aa would have told her. Simon is her brother and when he answered last night it sounded as if he was in a night club. Totally fuming now :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Will need to go to bed for at least a couple of hours when she does eventually show her face as my head is spinning too as I really do need about 9 hours sleep a night due to meds etc.

So sorry to moan on here but my son ha cleared off out as he is disgusted as well and he needs to see his youngest son who has tonsilitis.

Oh crin it sounds like you are having a really annoying time. I hate not getting enough sleep and it must be so much worse on meds. Sounds like your neighbour is being thoroughly inconsiderate which is even worse considering you were doing her a favour. I hope she turns up soon and you get some sleep.
