    Evening all. How is everyone?

    How are we all doing with food and exercise?

    It's nice to be in on a Thursday evening - normally I'm out at band practice but we had a concert last night so have been let off!

    So with some time to myself I think I'm gonna comp!!! Haven't comped really for months... was a much longer break than I had anticipated... wonder if I can remember how?!?! :)

    Food doing really good - I think lol - but still loads of chocs left from Christmas here yet so don't know if I should have a 'little' bit! Hope your doing ok Z xx

    I'm doing ok with food since my "restart" on Wednesday morning (after my massive binge on a 135g bar of Galaxy Caramel at work on Tuesday afternoon!). Got such a sore throat though gonna have a small bit of ice cream later to help sooth it before bed, but only a little bit!

    I've done ok I think with my food Splodz! The soup was mank though!! Really watery! I got loads of carrots today form Asda for 10p so making carrot soup soon.

    Did day 2 of the Biggest Loser today and I wish that workout had been the 1st one - it was great, nice easy but can still feel that it worked.

    Hope everyone else is ok?
